青島華城國際工程技術集團有限公司（原“青島華城市政工程設計院有限公司”）簡稱“華城國際”，其前身為青島市公用建筑設計研究院市政工程設計分院，成立于2009年3月26日。業務涵蓋勘察、設計、工程總承包等，經過近幾年的快速發展，已成為山東省骨干市政工程設計單位，是省內專業最齊全的市政工程設計單位之一。

集團目前擁有市政行業（城鎮燃氣工程、道路工程、給水工程、排水工程、橋梁工程、熱力工程）專業乙級；風景園林工程設計專項甲級資質；建筑行業（建筑工程）乙級；電力行業（送電工程、變電工程）專業乙級；工程勘察乙級；公路行業（公路）專業乙級；城鄉規劃乙級。主要從事公路、城市道路、橋梁、給水、排水、燃氣、熱力、電力、風景園林、河道治理等工程項目的咨詢、勘察設計以及工程總承包工作。

集團現有員工162人，其中具有高級職稱者28人，中級職稱者45人；其中國家一級注冊建筑師3名，國家一級注冊結構師3名，注冊規劃師5人，注冊咨詢工程師6人，注冊設備工程師8人，注冊造價工程師3人，注冊巖土工程師2人，注冊測繪工程師2人，注冊建造師5人。

自成立以來，已完成公路、市政公用工程勘察設計1500余項；已完成的代表性工程有嶗山區三水（給水、雨水、污水）規劃、青島出口加工區給水、燃氣、消防規劃、青島出口加工區市政配套工程、少海新城市政配套工程、利比亞利馬勒市5000套住宅項目市政配套工程、港中旅海泉灣度假城市政工程、膠州灣產業新區市政配套工程、藍色新區市政配套、姜山輕工業園市政配套工程等。

Qingdao Huacheng Municipal Engineering Design Institute Co., Ltd. (short for Huacheng Institute), which is the former Municipal Engineer Design Branch Institute of Qingdao Public Architecture Design Research Institute, its independence was on March 26, 2009. Through the rapid growth in recent years, it has become the backbone in Municipal Engineering Design of Shandong Province and one of the most complete professional municipal engineering design institutes in this province.

For now, as comprehensive design institute, our institute has municipal public utility engineering design B qualification, road industry engineering design C qualification, landscape engineering design A qualification, mainly worked on consulting and design for highway, urban road, bridge, water supply, water drainage, fuel gas, heating power, landscape, riverway treatment, etc. engineering projects.

It has 162 existing staff, including senior professional title 15 people, intermediate title 27 people, including 2 national first-class registered architects, 2 national first-class registered structural designers, 3 registered planners, 6 registered consulting engineers, 6 registered equipment engineers, 3 registered cost engineers, 5 registered constructors. 

Our institute has 7 design offices: Design office 1 (Road bridge design office), Design office 2 (Water design office), Design office 3 (urban landscape design office), Design office 4 (fuel gas & heat design office), Design office 5 (survey design office), Design office 6 (Municipal comprehensive design office), Design office 7 (cost office); 3 branches:InnerMongolia branch, Jining branch, Lianyi branch.

Since the establishment, it has completed more than 300 road designs and municipal public engineering designs. The completed typical projects have Shenzhen Road Comprehensive Renovation, Hongkong East Road Comprehensive Renovation, Municipal Matching Engineering for Qingdao Export Process Zone, Municipal Matching Engineering for Shaohai New City, 5000 Residential Units for Municipal Matching Engineering in Libya, Municipal Matching Engineering for CTS HK Ocean Spring Resort, Municipal Matching Engineering for New Industry Area of Jiaozhou Bay, Municipal Matching Engineering for Yanwei Harbor, Municipal Matching Engineering for Jiangshan Light Industry Park, Municipal Matching Engineering for Chinese-German Ecological Park, Leisure Park for World Leisure Sport Games in Laixi, Jinjialing Mountain Park, Fushan Mountain Park, etc. projects.
